Returns & Exchange

If you want to return goods, you will have to submit a request here by filling out a return form. Before you do so, please read all details below carefully.

  1. Fill out the return form (Click here for return form)
  2. Download it and print it out.
  3. Put it in the return package.

1.Please kindly note that you should not write directly on the original package when returning goods to us. Take heed of the fact that we will sell the goods again to other customers.

2.All returns should be wrapped as they were delivered.

3.All goods should be unused and the package should not be damaged.

4. You are responsible for the goods to be delivered back to us in the same state as they were sent to you. 

5. All user manuals should be sent back with the returned goods.

Returned goods will not be accepted if the package is damaged and missing user manuals.

All items should be return as they were sent to you.

Thus, you will not be charged until the trip has ended in the app and we can adjust the payment before the ride is complete as we will attend to your issue immediately.

Additionally, any trip has a max charge and we can refund any excessive deductions so you do not have to worry if you encounter any problems.

If you have a Klarna account, please log in to your account at and you will find your updated invoices there. You can also download the Klarna APP

If you paid by card, Klarna/Stripe will refund the full amount back to the card used.

You will find the right of withdrawal form here (only in Norwegian).

Please note that this should be done within 14 days.
