1.DEFINITION OF PARTIES

The seller is hereby referred to as Citi Ride, ‘Us’, ‘Our’ or ‘We’.

1.2 Buyer

The person who is stated as the buyer in the order, and is hereinafter referred to as you, you, yours or yours.

2. PRIVACY, SECURITY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

In regards to shopping on citiride.no you hereby consent to that we store and use your information. We do this so as to give the best service and we will not disclose or sell your information to any third parties. In accordance with the Privacy Act, once a year, you have the right to be a part of the information we have stored about you. We reserve the right to use the email for marketing purposes only.

3. PAYMENTS

The payment methods we have are VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Stripe and Klarna. If you pay by card, the amount will be deducted immediately. If you pay by Klarna, you will have 14 days to pay the invoice from the day we process your order. 

4. CANCELLATION

A 12%  transaction fee will be charged if you cancel an order for goods we have to order from our suppliers. If you cancel an order on goods we have in store there will be no transaction fee.

5. PRICES

All our prices are including VAT and shipping for purchases over 6000 kr. Our prices may vary in accordance to the market and other factors and we reserve the right to change or adjust prices. We also reserve the right to spelling or typing errors.

For all purchases, the amount is reserved when ordering and deducted when the item is shipped.

5. SHIPPING

We send use Bring for shipping of all goods over 2 kg and that is our recommended shipping method. In some case you can choose the shipping method you want when checking out.

Delivery of goods which are in our warehouse is 1-4 days depending on when the order is placed and processed. Also depending on where in the country the goods are to be shipped. If you order goods which are sold out, it may take up to 2-3 months before we can deliver goods to you and you will be notified. For pre-ordered goods, we will give you an approximate date of delivery.

Citi Ride is responsible for all goods up until they are delivered to the customer. The customer is responsible for picking up the goods from the Post Office within 14 days.

If the customer does not pick up a package within the given period, a fee will be charged amounting to the shipping fee for returning the goods to us.

The customer is responsible for giving correct information to us, thus delivery address and contact telefon number. The customer will be held responsible if the goods are sent back to us because of wrong information or address.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance to the Norwegian Law, customers have a withdrawal right. If you as a customer regret having bought goods from us, you will have to report this to us within 30 days after you have received the goods. All goods should be intact for us to accept the returned goods. You as a customer are responsible for the risk of sending the goods back to us.

8. REFUNDS

Refunds after cancellation or right of withdrawal will be done only after:

  1. Money has been registered on our account
  2. Returned products are received in the state they were in when we shipped them to you.

9. GURANTEE

The technology used by Citiride, together with this Privacy Policy, aims to protect Your personal data from unauthorized access and unauthorized use. We may update these actions as new technology becomes available.

10. CHANGE OF TERMS

Citiride may change this Privacy Policy by publishing a new version of this Privacy Policy on the Website and in the Citiride App. However, in case a change is due to any changes in Our processing operations, We will notify You by sending You an email with information about the change.

11. CONFLICT RESOLUTION

All complaints shall be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. Both parties shall endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably. In the case both parties do not come to an agreement , the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. (Norway)
